London-born Ultra-Prime property developer, Jon O’Brien started his professional life as a high-end architectural photographer for leading international architecture and design houses, achieving international recognition.
With a passion for architecture, and design excellence, O’Brien established Domvs London in 2002, developing bespoke ultra prime 'turnkey' residential properties.
His natural creative and perfectionist instinct oversaw the entire process, to ensure his exact vision was realised, carefully controlling every aspect from acquisition, conceptual planning, design, and construction, through to the crafted ‘turnkey’ delivery.
Over the past fifteen years, under O’Brien’s guidance, Domvs London has successfully completed a number of Ultra Prime developments in London, opening further offices in Asia and the Americas.
GAVIN BRODIN. CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Based in Los Angeles, British born Gavin Brodin has been delivering high-end interior design for residential and commercial clients for the past 20 years. Brodin’s skill-set has escalated over the two decades from interior design and custom furnishings, to conceiving and project managing the world’s foremost trophy residential projects. He manages teams of over 500 on projects worth in excess of $300m each, delivering exceptional results.
Known for taking on extensive projects, Brodin’s specialist hand-picked team transforms architecture, finessing the finest details to the highest standard. His reputation hinges on his vision, the quality of his work, and incredible ability to come in on budget whilst adhering to tight deadlines.

BARRY WATTS. PRESIDENT
Barry Watts brings 25 years of management and branding experience to Domvs London. Through working with some of the world’s leading brands in film, television, and music, Watts has used his creative energy to build and grow fast-paced, innovative companies. He has extensive leadership experience, from multi-national corporations to self-funded start-ups, holding CEO and board positions. His management experience, coupled with his love of real estate, makes Domvs London a perfect fit.
Born and raised in England, Watts now lives in Los Angeles, after relocating to establish the U.S. branch of an entertainment consumer products company he founded and co-financed in 2001. With this experience he saw a great opportunity to apply his background in the entertainment industry to developing the Domvs London brand and product, as both industries are focused on selling people an experience that makes life richer.
CHARLES-ETIENNE CARTON. CFO
With a Degree in Economics, and an MBA in Finance and International Marketing, Charles brings his unique career experience in Investment Banking both in New York and London, and a significant understanding of the European and Middle Eastern markets to Domvs London Global Holdings.
Previously Charles acted as Managing Director & Head of Fixed Income at Oppenheimer International, London; was Senior Vice President at Bankers Trust International, London, where he was Head of Institutional Sales for Fixed Income specialising in Derivative products; and was appointed Managing Director Capital Markets and European Marketing at Riyad Bank, London, responsible for the creation and the management of a significant portfolio.
Charles also runs a private Family Office which has been involved in a number of Real Estate transactions in the US and Europe for Ultra High Net-Worth individuals, as well as facilitating and financing various corporate and private opportunities.
Charles is keen to make a charitable and active difference in the World and to this end is Co-Founder and the first President of IFWE, the International Foundation for the World Environment, Yverdon-les-Bains, Switzerland. The objective of this Foundation is to create a new centre of excellence, promoting environmental understanding and research.
Charles is also Co-Founder of Give 3D, a US non profit organisation facilitating education for both students and teachers using the latest 3D technology. The aim of this organisation is to give equal opportunities to children growing up in harsh and remote areas of the world.

Shaun has always been immersed in the field of classical and traditional design, working with Julian Bicknell between 1993 and 2000. He then joined Robert Adam Architects (now Adam Architecture), a leading classical and traditional architectural practice, where he oversaw the London office for 7 years and was responsible for a portfolio of international and domestic work.
Shaun joined Domvs London in 2007 as Head of Architecture, where his team are responsible for ensuring that the exciting concepts and carefully considered design led approach of Domvs London is realised to the very highest possible standard, across all Global projects. Architecture is elevated beyond mere form and function.

Fasil Nasim brings 22 years of Investment Banking Experience to Domvs London.
Fasil, graduated with a Masters Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Imperial College, London, which was followed by an MBA in Finance. After qualifying Fasil spent the first part of his professional career working in the global energy industry for British Petroleum, BP. During this time Fasil travelled around the world as a business development manager, negotiating multi-billion dollar contracts with national oil and gas companies. Before leaving BP, Fasil worked in the global trading division as a physical oil trader.
Over the last 16 years Fasil has worked at various global investment banks (JP Morgan, BNP Paribas and Citigroup) as a Managing Director and Head of Europe, Middle East and Africa Commodity Derivatives Sales and Origination, where he was responsible for creating and managing significant client capital market businesses.
Fasil is looking to apply his strong financial, entrepreneurial, and commercial skills in ensuring excellence of delivery across each facet of the Domvs London business. Identification and use of financial instruments to maximise value and reduce risk is a unique skill set that Fasil brings to Domvs London.
Fasil has developed an extensive network of high and ultra-high net worth individuals, as well as institutional investors and is co-founder of a new alternative asset management business, Audentia Capital Management, which is launching a number of funds and private equity vehicles engaged in the commodity credit, derivatives and physical trading space, as well as a closed ended Real Estate Equity fund focussed on the UK residential market. Audentia Capital Management will focus on asset backed investments working closely with Domvs London to provide equity, senior secured and mezzanine finance for ultra prime UK residential projects.
In addition to developing a strong professional career, Fasil is actively involved in a number philanthropic initiatives in the emerging markets of Asia and Africa, with a particular focus on child healthcare and girls’ education.
